Dear Thinkers,

It appears that everything done in America these days is done in the name of tolerance. This is especially true in the public education system where an unofficial, yet not subtle, competition wages daily based on the premise of “Who is more consciously tolerant”.  This goes without suggesting the ramifications of being pegged intolerant.

Now what does being tolerant mean? To be quite honest, the word, like many other politically charged words, actually has very little meaning in itself. Instead, promoting tolerance in schools, the workplace, and in everyday life, gives meaning to a certain brand of people and in turn makes them feel important. I’d like to draw your attention now to the hypocrisy of these people, and how quickly they will unknowingly contradict themselves in the name of this divisive word.

This morning, I was directed to an article which reported on two U.S. all-Female colleges that have now decided to adopt policies in admitting “male transgender students”.  Meaning that these are girls who have in essence, declared themselves boys, or boys who have declared themselves girls (or someone who identifies as neither sex). The two schools are Mills College in Oakland, CA and Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and many are expected to soon follow this hot new trend.

According to The College Fix, ( http://www.thecollegefix.com/post/19615/ )Mount Holyoke’s President Lynn Pasquerella said, “Just as early feminists argued that reducing women to their biological functions was a foundation of women’s oppression, we acknowledge that gender identity is not reducible to the body”. This would in turn enable coed bathrooms, as well as several other complications that I don’t need to spell out for you.

Now here is where this sick philosophy falls apart,

I would then ask Ms. Pasquerella, if you hold the belief that gender is “not reducible to the body”, then how is it possible for you to operate your college under the premise that it is an all girls school? If there is no difference between men and women, I should just as easily have a chance of being admitted as any other female student on that campus—Actually, I should have a better chance—much better in fact! Due to the over saturation of women on the campus, it would only seem fair to admit me, a male student, to make the campus socially diverse. But you see, this is why this piece of leftist ideology doesn’t work just like every single other: If gender does not carry any relevance, then affirmative action, at least in the case of our gender debate, should be repealed immediately. Getting rid of gender is a double edged sword for these people. And they will just as easily justify forcing you to fill out your gender on a college application so that they can unfairly admit more women just to hit diversity quotas as they will justify telling us that you can pick your gender to walk into coed bathrooms. These two thoughts cannot live together, but it never seems to bother academia one bit and I’ll tell you why. Academics don’t care about true fairness and acceptance, they already know that we don’t have that problem on a major scale here in America. Unfortunately, and not surprisingly, these moronic ideas sprout to carry out an agenda and in doing so they don’t find problems in the slightest with contradicting themselves because they are side tracked by the overall goal of all liberals: “Winning the TOLERANT contest”.

Thinkers, we are on the verge of eliminating men and women in the name of tolerance. But apparently, my opinion is intolerable? This hypocrisy my friends, is why you shall not find me applying to either one of those institutions. These people are tearing the country apart at its seams and I advise you not to disagree with me, because it would consequently make you intolerant.
